Federal Governance

Facilitated a fact-finding and needs assessment mission to Sudan for the Forum of Federations to assess the possibility of engagement of Canada in assisting Sudan in Federal Rule.
The findings resulted in considerable funding over 2 ½ years for a project to address the needs of both north and south Sudan in issues of federal rule.
Subsahara Centre were the retained consultants of the project and were also assisting with programming for Ethiopia for the same objective of capacity development in federal governance.
